Delete Your Sila Account
You can delete your Sila account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.
How to Delete Your Account
Account deletion is available directly within the Sila app:

Open the Sila app on your device.

Tap the Settings tab (bottom navigation).

Tap Account.

Tap Delete Account.
- 5
Confirm when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems within 30 days:
- ✓
Account information (name, email address)
- ✓
Cycle and bleeding logs
- ✓
Daily symptom and flow logs
- ✓
Islamic status records (hayd, nifas, istihadha)
- ✓
Fasting records and fast debt logs
- ✓
Religious preferences and madhab selection
- ✓
Onboarding responses
- ✓
All app settings and preferences
We do not retain any personal data beyond the deletion processing period.
Can’t Access the App?
If you no longer have access to your account or device, you can request deletion by emailing us at mysilaapp@gmail.com. Include the email address associated with your Sila account. We will process your request within 30 days.
